Dining Tales respects the privacy of the users of the services and is committed to protect it in all respects. Dining Tales privacy policy (“policy”) applies to Dining Tales information handling practices for the data that we collect through website operated by us, through the social media pages we control, through email messages, text messages, public database and digital influencers, forums, interest search etc.

Throughout the policy “You” or “individual” refers to the users, prospects, members, or an individual with whom the company interacts for sales, marketing, business engagement, and business transactions. The “Site” refers to the platform and services operated or produced by Dining Tales, offered through the website at Dining Tales or any successor site or through Print Media.

As we update, improve, and expand the services, this policy may change, so please refer to it periodically by accessing and using the sites or otherwise using the services, you consent to collection, storage, and use of personal information you provide, for any of the services that we provide.

  1. Information collected or received and its use –

Enrollment data – While enrolling for the membership over the call or on our site, users may require providing certain data for the registration process that may include your name, sex, date of birth, age, contact number, email address etc. When you register using third party sign in like Facebook, twitter, Gmail, Instagram or any other social media, you will be allowing us to access/retrieve information from such sign in to continue to interact with you and to continue providing the services on our platform. 

  1. Using and disclosing your personal information –

Our purpose in collecting information about you is to provide you with personalized membership services, including servicing your membership tenure for the facilities at  Client locations. Dining Tales uses the personal information in several different ways in operating our membership programs and operating our business, improve our product and services, and most of these uses are clear from the circumstances. We also use your personal information for internal quality assurance purposes. Dining Tales provides this personal information to clients and affiliates under strict control in order to facilitate a booking that you have requested or to service a request that may be delivered by our client. Dining Tales does not routinely disclose personal information, except where it is necessary to provide you with a service that you have requested. We will not normally otherwise use or disclose any information about you without your consent, unless: required by law to protect the rights, property or personal safety of another Dining Tales member, any member of the public or when the assets and operations of the business are transferred to another party as a going concern. When you provide your personal information to us, we will give you the choice as to whether or not you wish to receive further information about special offers, promotions, and changes to our products and services. If you indicate that you do not wish to receive these, we will not contact you further for these purposes.   1. Service Providers –

 Like many businesses, Dining Tales uses a range of service providers to help us maximise the quality and efficiency of our services and our business operations. This means that individuals and organizations outside of Dining Tales, such as mail houses, will sometimes have access to personal information held by Dining Tales and may use it on behalf of us. We manage our service providers to adhere to strict privacy guidelines and not to keep this information or use it for any unauthorised purposes.

  1. Merger or Sale –

In the event that Dining Tales is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information that we have collected from Users as part of that merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.

  1. Children’s Privacy –

If you are below 18 years of age, then please do not use or access the site at any time or in any manner

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Dining Tales does not collect or maintain personally identifiable data from persons under the age of 18 years.

We recommend minors of the age below 18 years, to ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the internet.

Dining Tales is committed to be a responsible organisation. We take any escalations or issues seriously and work to address these concerns in a just manner. We are available from Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM except on National Holidays on our Help Desk to resolve any issues and escalations.
